What stood out for me while working with Adam was the effort that he put in to really understand my context. Instead of just following set templates for writing applications, he works along with you and helps craft a story that is very specific to you. Adam is very conversational and asks questions which bring the much needed structure to your thoughts, and then, helps you to articulate them in a very b-school friendly way. For Indian candidates (like me), Adam is also very knowledgeable of the many institutions and backgrounds that people may come from. Logistically, he is flexible and accommodating. I found it very easy, intuitive and a lot of fun to work with him.
