Right at the onset, I was pretty focused on IMD. Since this was my only chance for getting an admission, I wanted to leave no stones unturned and hence decided to go to the best – Adam, who was highly recommended by two friends. From our first conversation itself, I was impressed by the clarity which he was able to bring out and how he was able to relate to the Indian context so well. His style of working is so methodical and organized. He was pretty clear with the scope of work and deliverables and set the right expectations. I loved how he would ask the right questions every time and pushed me to think deeper and structure my thoughts in order to bring my story and values together very cohesively. He was very candid with his feedback and brought a lot of logic in my essays which at times did get a bit poetic. I found him to be quite passionate about his work and extremely quick with timelines and very very prompt to respond with his feedback and thoughts. At the end, thanks to Adam, I was able to submit a very high quality application which obviously got me an Assessment day invite and which I later converted into an admission. Though I did not work with him for interview preparation, he did provide me a lot of useful material and past questions for reference.
