Adam is simply amazing. He cared genuinely about my successful admission and pushed me to the limits in my GMAT preparation, essay storylining and interview preparation.
Even at the very first Skype talk, Adam was quick to diagnose my development areas. I wish I had followed his advice early on to improve my GMAT, which I did not (had to take it twice later on).
Adam made sure that I am presenting my own unique story in my essays. He asks questions, makes you understand yourself, who you are, what are your true strengths and weaknesses.
Adam has also been extremely helpful in my interview preparation for both INSEAD and Columbia. Mock interviews with him were much harder than actual interviews, so I felt myself very comfortable during actual interviews and actually enjoyed the entire process.
