Given my plan that I intended to only apply for INSEAD, multiple sources suggested to me that Adam is the ideal counselor based on his strong track records and excellent reputation in the industry. His valuable support and advice were provided even at the first casual session before official engagement, including school selection, setting target test scores, planning overall strategy for application, etc. I believe below points are what makes him an outstanding counselor for top school applicants.

– Flexibility: He is willing to and good at customizing preparation approaches based on the specific needs, situation, and preference of each applicant.

– Admissions’ perspectives: He always has an accurate understanding of admissions’ views and selection criteria which are keys for organizing  application materials and preparing interviews.

– Eyes on big picture and details: He can simultaneously assure the big picture (overall impression, consistency, comprehensiveness, etc.) and the details (word choice, expression, writing styles, ect.)  which are required for impressive essays.

– Maximization of unique selling points: He listens carefully to the life story of applicants and can help applicants to pick up key points and organize unique storyline efficiently and effectively.

With that being said, I believe working with Adam was the most critical success factor that led me to the desired result.
