Adam adapted a line of critical questioning that enabled me to dig deep into my personal and professional experiences and identify the traits and stories that were my selling points. He is very direct with feedback and I believe this was critical to quickly move on from old ideas to new ideas. I also loved that he created space for me to find my own theme and storyline in the essays. Given his vast experience, he recognizes that what works for one applicant may not work for another.
