Adam is a thorough expert when it comes to admissions at top business schools. As an Indian non-engineering candidate coming from a non-feeder organization and undergrad, I was fortunate to have gotten to work with him – I consider my outcomes to be way better than what I thought was even possible when I had started out. I believe many top consultants may have a selection bias, which in turn reflects in their results. Adam was the only top consultant who was ready to work with me on schools of my choice despite my non-traditional background – in fact, he encouraged me to apply to even higher-ranked schools.

What stands out in Adam’s approach is his ability to strategically highlight uncommon strengths and a narrative that one may not even realize the existence of. This was the case for me, and it invariably led to unique essays which I believe were instrumental in helping me create interview inroads at multiple M7 schools. His feedback was always candid and objective, and it pushed me to think in the right direction. With his experience over well over a decade, he understands the market extremely well and just knows what ticks and what doesn’t – so one can confidently rely on his inputs. In my case, he also brought industry-specific insights to help me think how a candidate from my industry would be perceived by the admissions committees (No other consultant I spoke to had this kind of perspective!). He does not believe in spoon-feeding by providing line-by-line editorial comments on a word doc – but he will ask the right questions and highlight his specific concerns which will lead one to write an essay that will be TRULY authentic.

Adam is extremely generous and ethical when it comes to timekeeping – I had to never worry about how much time I was getting charged for. Also – he is extremely sincere in sticking to his promised turnaround time (I always got a response within 24 hours of a working day). Even on the deadline days, I got quick responses to my last-minute queries. He has designed his schedule to make sure that you’re never left hanging – he works on most days of the week as you approach the deadlines, and almost all days during the deadlines.

All in all – I am glad I worked with Adam, and I would recommend him to anybody considering embarking on the b-school journey.
