Adam was an integral part in my MBA application. The best thing about working with Adam is he brings a nuanced Adcom perspective for each individual school, and helps you tailor your application to fit their profile. Adam helped me carefully craft each essay to not only make it make sense, but also reveal the certain traits and characteristic schools look for. He does not help you write your essays, instead he carefully reads through them as if he is an adcom member himself, and discovers the flaws and improvements that will help distinguish you amongst others. He’s unafraid to challenge your (usually incorrect) assumptions and will always tell you the honest and brutal truth. In terms of flexibility, Adam was always extremely available (despite the time zone difference) and he responds very quickly, especially to urgent emails. If you are looking for a no nonsense, straight to the point consultant, who will not hesitate to reveal even the hardest truth to you, then Adam is your guy.
Adam has been super helpful throughout the interview prep. I came across as too serious at first but with his tips and guidance, I managed to get better at it with time. He exposed me to my blind spots and helped me in positioning to ensure my best stories come out. He’s truly the best and I cannot endorse him enough.

I didn’t know many people personally going through the MBA process when I did, so he was a very reliable source of resource and support. He can definitely be tough on you but think that ultimately helped me produce a better app. I don’t think I could have gotten into my selected schools without his insights.
